With over 15 years of experience at NME Group, Joel currently serves as Operations Manager, overseeing key projects and ensuring smooth operational processes. His journey with NME began as a Project Manager, where he successfully managed significant projects such as Pipitea Plaza, the Branz refurbishment, The Aurora Centre, Transpower Wellington, and 1 Whitmore Street (BNZ).

Prior to joining NME, Joel built a strong foundation in engineering, starting with an apprenticeship that led to managing an engineering firm for three years. This hands-on experience honed his technical expertise and leadership skills, which he’s continued to leverage throughout his career.
