Bringing this historic residence into the 21st century required immense attention to detail, with every element finished to an immaculate standard, befitting a project of national significance and historic importance.

The new office development at 1 Whitmore Street, anchored by BNZ, represents one of Wellington’s most modern and energy-efficient commercial buildings. Hyde Lane Apartments is a striking new addition to the Wellington skyline, bringing modern high-density living into the heart of Courtenay Place while carefully balancing the character of the surrounding precinct. The 13-storey development delivers 150 architecturally designed apartments alongside commercial tenancies, premium resident amenities and high-quality shared spaces throughout.

The Waring Taylor Street project involved a full electrical upgrade of the former Law Society building and its conversion from commercial offices into residential apartments. NME installed modern electrical infrastructure designed to ensure the building remains relevant, reliable and environmentally sustainable throughout the coming decades and well into the future.
