Victoria Lane Apartments
From intricate wiring to precision ventilation, our team delivered excellence in every detail. NME are proud to contribute to the seamless functionality of this remarkable Apartment living in Wellington.
Tākina, Convention Centre
Tākina, the Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre will be a place of connecting, learning and sharing. It was an iconic project for NME to be part of as Tākina becomes woven into the Wellington CBD landscape.
Bowen Campus
Following on from the Charles Fergusson building next door, our mechanical division led by Brendan Thomas, Brent Tasi and Joel Pullen took charge of one of our more challenging builds. At its peak, we had up to 50+ staff onsite working long hours to get the project finished on time.
Mayfair House
With no crane on site, Joel Pullen and site foreman Hayden Thomas worked alongside LT McGuinness Ltd. and Advanced Flight Dynamics (AFD) to get the cooling air handler units, cooling towers and boilers to the roof so they could be installed.
