As part of major seismic strengthening of the Hutt City Council Administration Building on Laings Road, NME delivered a full upgrade of the building’s mechanical services-bringing comfort, air quality and energy performance up to modern standards.

To support the long-term comfort and reliability expected in a building of this calibre, we recently completed a comprehensive HVAC and air-conditioning upgrade across the complex. 

Waring Taylor Street was a full electrical upgrade of the old Law society building & conversion office to residential apartments. A full HVAC solution has been provided to be independently controlled in each apartment & standardized air movement through the greater building as a whole.

Maintaining stable environmental conditions is essential for protecting these irreplaceable collections, which include paper records, photographs, audiovisual material, and digital archives.
