The Waring Taylor Street project involved a full electrical upgrade of the former Law Society building and its conversion from commercial offices into residential apartments. NME installed modern electrical infrastructure designed to ensure the building remains relevant, reliable and environmentally sustainable throughout the coming decades and well into the future.
The works included new mains, submains, risers, switchboards, distribution boards and circuit wiring. A full HVAC solution was also provided, allowing independent temperature control within each apartment and standardised air movement throughout the wider building. The installation also included automation, access control, data and MATV systems.
