Hyde Lane Apartments is a striking new addition to the Wellington skyline, bringing modern high-density living into the heart of Courtenay Place while carefully balancing the character of the surrounding precinct. The 13-storey development delivers 150 architecturally designed apartments alongside commercial tenancies, premium resident amenities and high-quality shared spaces throughout.
These shared spaces include a pool, gymnasium, sauna and landscaped terrace areas.
NME Electrical was proud to deliver the electrical, data and communications installation for the project, including the transformer installation, main switchboards, laneway infrastructure upgrades and detailed services fit-out throughout the building. From backbone infrastructure through to the final finish, the project demanded a high level of coordination and attention to detail across every stage of construction. A strong focus was placed on achieving a high-level finish across the apartment interiors and shared spaces to match the quality and design intent of the development.
Delivered in collaboration with CMP Construction and the wider consultant and subcontractor team, Hyde Lane represents another significant Wellington project completed to a high standard and a great outcome for the client.
