Government House was completed to the highest possible standards with the installation of new electrical infrastructure and an interior fit-out. Bringing this historic residence into the 21st century required immense attention to detail, with every element finished to an immaculate standard, befitting a project of national significance and historic importance.
This included rewiring and retrofitting ballroom chandeliers comprising more than 20,000 individual parts, alongside installing the latest daylight-harvesting technology and state-of-the-art access control and security systems.
